Went to Harajuku (原宿） with Ming ,a Singaporean girl and Anita, a Philippine hot chic yesterday night.This is a town full with youngsters, most of them are still in their school outfit. This area caters youth fashions and has many small stores selling Gothic Lolita, visual kei, rockabilly, hip-hop, and punk outfits, in addition to fast food outlets and so forth. Things sold here are affordable and much cheaper than those in Shibuya. If you visit Harajuku in the daytime of weekend, you will spot Harajuku girls in those Lolita costumes.
I am broke this month waiting for my scholarship to come in, but we still welcome the good food which cost us 800 yen each.
La Pausa serves mostly Pasta and Pizzas.
The mushroom soup that Ming ordered, forgot to take pasta photos. This is definitely a good place to eat good food with affordable price.

Can you give a comparison? For e.g. a shirt in Harajuku v.s. a similar shirt in Shibuya?

in terms of look ma ...u look better wor .. tak ada sia sui Malaysia wor...MALAYSIA BOLEH ...wahaha!! (in case, they can access ur blog ma, just not publish my comment(this one) ya..hehe!!)
Food ma ... the price is quite reasonable ...almost same as KL ..from pic, look quite nice as well.
For example one dress is less than 2000 yen in Harajuku and a dress in Shibuya can cost easily to 5000 yen plus plus for the cheapest one. However those clothes sold in Shibuya are more gorgeous, branded like Zara, Gap are widely available in Shibuya too.
Clothes sold in Harajuku are targeted one teenagers and if OL(Office Lady) will find them too girlish.
while enjoying shopping ...don't forget your main mission wor ...haha!!
hmmm..any diffence (i mean your feeling) between shopping in Japan and shopping in KL???
