When I saw weather forecast from my cellphone this morning.
I thought it was kidding and just simply wore a normal shoes..
But I tell you, Japan weather forecast is NO KIDDING!~~~ Don't play play..

I should have gotten rain boots, I think about this EVERY time after raining days or snowing days..It already been two years...

知道下雪，还是会有点兴奋，可是当脚指头被冻得快断掉时，
就会错过那一份感动。

PhotoCab

Wanted to squeeze 1.6G pics into a 700MB CD at once. Means resize all the photos to smaller size.
Asked one friend how to do and he was very patient. I met a nice guy today.

He asked me to download a software called PhotoCab but it was in Chinese but my OS was Japanese. What I saw at the application are just all srumbled up symbols.

Free Lunch in this world..Good start of the day

I couldn't believe there is free lunch in this world.
Went to repair my shoes in a small booth inside the train station.

The part I wanna do is to glue the coming out front part. They didn’t ask me to pay and I thought that they will ask after repairing.

At the end there, when I asked how much.
The guy said :' It is ok'...Oh my god...he is so nice..plus he is cute.

I will bring all my shoes in my house to let him repair..hehe

乱七八糟，我不懂他在讲什么，
他和不懂我在讲什么。一只鸡和一只鸭。

天啊！！！怎么办！！
下次希望听电话的时候可以说得好一点。

Turned out to be no snow day

I adjusted my alarm to be 6am, woke up and expect snow outside the window, no snow but rain.
My twin brother who looked like me but just a bit darker did the same thing. Poor thing.
He was so looking forward and ask everyone to inform him if the weather changes its decision to snow.

Having lunch with Mark, Noel and Mark's friend who comes for visit from New Zealand, a hongkies with English ascent I hardly catch what he was trying to say, I have to admit I am bad in catching proper English. I asked him whether he can understand my ascent and he said yes.

Mark said he hardly imagine me as a lecturer after I told him my dream has changed.
I said I will be wearing low-cut-shirt with pencil cut mini-skirt and stride into the class,
sitting on the table and say :' Hello everyone, here goes our class....'

築地市場 Tsukiji Fish Market

6am ++ woke up, to go to Tsukiji Fish Market with Kim Ean, she is going back to Malaysia tomorrow. First time been there and I am scared by the motor-bike-liked trolleys which are ridden here and there in all the directions.

The Tuna auction section is closed from visit but the market is opened. The fish there are very fresh but I dunnoe how to cook if I buy them home. Especially I dunnoe what to do with the moving octopus. ^^ The Tunas there are big, they are cut by chain saw.

After visiting the market, we walk around to look for sushi shop. According to Kim Huey, the shop with the longest queue should be the most delicious one. But after we lined up at the long queue shop, we decided to give up as most of the people queue there are foreigners. Look at the price, walah~~so expensive, 3900 yen for few piece of sushi only. Must be a tourist-chopper-shop. We decided to switch to another shop.

Another shop with 1000 yen set meal, with a bowl of rice full with sashimi (prawn, maguro, octopus, fish egg, etc etc). Kim Ean said it is the best meal she ate in Tokyo, I told this to the shop owner aunty and she was overwhelmed.

I chatted with the shop owner uncle, aunty, and the dark-skinned-young-guy, about we are from Malaysia. The young guy seemed to love sea, he asked me about Malaysia sea, can he dive there? I said:' Malaysia sea is very beautiful'..They asked few questions, very chattable, they said Kim Ean looked like Japanese, and my Japanese is good. bla bla bla...

Very happy and satisfied ..They said sayonara, I said I am going to come again, bringing other friends. :)

New year is coming...

It comes to end of the year, I have been in Japan for almost one and half year.
Last year Christmas I was in Japan too, but I couldn't remember how I celebrated it.
Many people feel extremely lonely during end of the year..so is me. There is one guy ask me to be his gf, I asked why, he said:'Because is year-end'. I was like :'............'

This year Christmas, I have my best friend together, we ate McD on the Christmas Eve, and watched illumination in Shinjuku together on the Christmas itself, together with another friend from Malaysia. Thanks to his companion, this year Christmas was at least not that bad.

I have school holiday from 24Dec to 5 Jan. At the first week, almost everyday I go to work from morning 10am to 9pm at night. 11 hours of working everyday and yesterday I was doing partime too, until 6 pm, even it was Saturday. But, I felt satisfaction from the work, completing the project with my senior, we are like fighting together. When it was completed and showed to the superior, both of us felt relieved, and I felt my value working there.

Met Tomo after work, we are doing language exchange. I helped him to think of script for his work-related presention. He helped me to correct my entry-sheet for job hunting. I made a lot of mistakes in structure, the way of writing and grammar. I told him that I had submitted, no point correcting something that I am not using anymore. He encouraged me that :" Treat it as a way of learning, my presentation was over too..but it will be helpful in the future if we are learning from now." Very optimistic guy, and thanks to him. I was feeling down for the job-hunting.

After meeting him, met my friend to watch the movie starring by Keane Reeves, ' The Day the Earth Stood Still' . The big cinema which can fit 1000 audience, was empty and there were only two of us. A bit spooky, but the movie was great, just a bit disappointed with the ending. Then, it was two hours of karaoke, time flies and I felt the night was a bit short.

Today is cleaning day, opened the parcel sent by my family. A huge parcel with spices and medicine. It was wrapped nicely, and carefully. I can imagine how my parents were preparing it for me. Talked to my family, and a friend from M'sia. It has been a habit to call him once a while, he said he might be visiting.

Planned to cook together with a Taiwanese gal later. ..to be continue..

Just finished my JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) 7 Dec, it was OK and I wish I will pass it. Different from three years ago 2005 when I was taking Level 2, now I can do better in the listening and reading.

Looking for job is still pain in the ass, as what He Jie said is true, I should spend more time in study than looking for job directionless.

Evening @Home

Brought the stuffs to kitchen, locked my key in room. Went to security to ask from temporary key, to take out the key from the room. -.-

Have started looking for job, attending career fairs. Students here wear suit (formal wear) even just to attend the briefings. The hiring system here is meant for Japanese, most of the time.

The process is as follows : career fair->entry sheet(resume)->Online test (very tough Japanese which makes no diffenrence if I took it in Arabic)->company briefing usually done in the company->group discussion(multiple times)->interview(multiple times)(finally)

The hiring now is for April 2010's graduates, very fast right? I am graduating oct 2010, that's why I also started hunting for job. Went to a career fair today, asked a HR in M***t company whether I can start applying job now even I graduate Oct. Arrogantly, she says'no...you have to wait for next year'. 'Then, I will wait from Oct 2010 to April 2011 doing nothing'. 'Is like that', 'The online test Japanese is tough' 'Please study for your Japanese'...really an asshole. They doesn't know good people will not wait, just like a chance.

Special thanks to Ming and Kim Huey who helped alot in letting me to stay when there was an ample time of two weeks after I moved out from Komaba and before I moved into Odaiba room.

The station to reach this place is called 船の科学館 and the building name is 東京国際交流館.
There are rooms for single, couple and family. My room is single room(20m square) without kitchen but we have a shared one. I am lucky to be accepted into dorm again for second time. Most of the people can only stay for once. I get the building facing sea and I stay in the highest floor ^^

Ming said this is a romantic place where I can fall in love easily. Though, I am still single after almost one month moving in . She stayed over for one night and we had wine together in the room at night, with the light turned off, letting the whole night scenery from outside of the window, to sneak in.woo~~~

Phase 2 of Japan Life is going to Start

For exam.....
I just passed my entrance exam last Friday.
I was tried hard to answer the questions in my broken Japanese, it was a long time since the last time I speak Japanese.
The result was announced right after the interview.
We were queuing according to number and enter to the room one by one to be informed for the results.

For work...
I work partime everyday because I have taken around one month leave for study.
The boss is nice and I feel sorry to be away for so long.

For stay...
I am going to move to Odaiba dormitory within this month but I am not sure when yet.
Still waiting for the formal letter.
The place is nice because it is just beside the sea, and the room is like a hotel room.

For vacation...
End of this month I will follow my host family to go Australia for one week. yeah yeah~~

Phase 2 of Japan life, is going to begin.....

Yoohooo~~~The Exam is OVER!!!!!

After fighting for the last few weeks, the exam is finally came to an end.

The yesterday's mathematics questions was tough, I could only vomit out something based on my "General Reasoning", well, just to make the paper not so blank. Today the paper II was about digital logic and programming. Third paper was to write something about the research and it asked about " what is the difference between 'Science' and 'Technology'". But special thanks to Sinting, Ah Lai and my brother and my mum for the Dr White's "Structuring Data & Building Algorithm" book that I can do one of the question.

There are questions that I can do, there are questions that I cannot do, but that is not important, the most important thing is...the exam is OVER!!!

During the time when I studied for the exam in library with Noel, we ate almost everyday Mc D for breakfast and dinner for almost two weeks. because there are no much shops within the area we stay. I think the shop person also can regconise us. The poor us..this is not an honour at all, even we can qualified for the Most-Loyal-Customer-Award nomination. Yesterday we even chased for the Mc D because it closes at 8pm but we couldn't make it. We took train to another place to eat Mc D (again..) because it is 24 hours and is fast. So...Don't ask me to eat Mc D again within this ten years.

I have a lot of things I wanna do..karaoke,shopping,etc etc..go Nagoya to visit my Japanese teacher..but I have to move house because the contract for my current dorm is going to over on 20th..the answer for the new dorm will be announced within this few days, if I cannot get I need to find a house.

WAIT...I still have interview to go..on 29th, if I passed the paper base exam. The result of paper base exam will out on 28th..wish I can pass..^^

This was the conversation between me and my friend. The lesson learnt, never open the door during summer. Else the insects that you couldn't even call the name will fly in. Just now I was fighting with one. It flew into my room and Kik~~~~KIK~~KIK...inside. It was worse than cockroaches maybe. So..kao peh..I was fighting with it, turn off all the lights but it still stick at my laptop. Throw a lot of things, slipper, books, notes, pencil..other than kao peh..it still stick there..

Finally, I throw my calculator on it and on the light near exit, it flew out..phew!~
I guess it was 蝉（セミ-Cicada） after I asked google.

闭关的生活

为了准备下个月底的考试，再加上这个大热天懒得出门，就在家里闭关。可是冷气一直开着，下个月的电费一定很惊人。

前天什么食物也没有，连方便面也没了，只有做Pan Cake当晚餐,第一次做，成分不知道，所以丢掉了一个，还好最后成功。昨天去了超市补货，就在家里做饭。
一个人在家，什么人也没有见到，寂寞就会加上想家。可是希望我会及格。＾＾

星期六早上五点多就起床，和教会的人一起大团队驱车到群马和群马的人有sports match.参加了第一次玩的躲避球赛，玩了几次的飞盘赛，还有完全忘记了的排球赛，觉得有点对不起他们。哈哈。。一边玩一边看别人怎样玩，这种参赛法看来只有我吧。

然后就和他们一起去泡温泉，最高！！*日文sai kou

晚上去了一位加拿大华侨的送别会，虽然是第二次见她，可是感觉上可以成为好朋友。交换学生只有一年，所以她是被迫回去的。想想我来了这里也快一年了。就这样子回去，什么也没有达成，有点不甘心。所以我会努力的。：Ｄ 可是被他的朋友称赞日文很棒，高兴之余又有点不好意思。其实，最希望听到的称赞，是在名古屋的日文老师的赞美。真得要谢谢她，我才会在这里。

下个星期就会去爬富士山，本来不想参加，可是好朋友们就快回国了，为了制造多一些在一起的回忆，多苦都参加。

今天照旧闭关。。。
