Soumen is a type of way to eat noodles during summer for Japanese. Noodles will be flowed through a long pipe with mineral water, then the noodles will be caught with chopstick and be dipped into soya source for the flavor.
There was a soumen party in my lab for celebration for B4 students to passed their Master course entry exam and for Lin san (exchange student for 2 months from Taiwan) farewell.
